Warranty Policy

Standard Terms of Sale and Limited Warranty Agreement

Posse Audio LLC warrants this equipment against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. All cables are limited to a NINETY (90) DAY warranty.

If you discover a defect, contact Posse Audio at Posseaudio.com using the SUPPORT tab > CONTACT POSSE > MERCHANDISE RETURNS. Please fill out the required fields in the online RETURNS form. Posse Audio Customer Support will contact you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Customer Support may also attempt to help you over the phone in the event that product-related questions should arise. Posse Audio will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge to you, provided you return it during the warranty period, with transportation charges prepaid to:

Please ensure that the product is well-packaged to avoid damage during shipment, insure the shipment for the value of the product, and include the clearly-marked RMA number on the outside of the box below the shipping address. Please include your name, address, phone number, and email address.

This warranty does not apply if the equipment has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, modification, or if the product serial number has been removed or defaced.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO NINETY (90) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE OF THIS PRODUCT.

THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, ORAL OR WIRTTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. No POSSE dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification extension, or addition to this warranty.
POSSE AUDIO LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE, OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY USED WITH POSSE AUDIO LLC PRODUCTS.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
