Posse Audio Official Contest Rules:

Posse Audio (“Sponsor”) is offering one (1) grand prize winner a chance to win a weekend trip (roundtrip airfare and accommodations (1) one person) to Los Angeles to record a song at Flying Pig Studios to be released as a bonus track on the DigiTour 2012 Official Compilation Album. Ten (10) finalists will receive a Posse Audio Personal In-Ear Monitor System and have their videos featured on The DigiTour Youtube channel.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  The “Posse Audio” Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older.

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning March 7th, 2012 through 12:00 AM Pacific Time on April 15, 2012 (the “entry period”) submit a video on Youtube as a response to the official Posse Audio Contest Announcement video //www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZI8NEWJGFl8 1-2 minutes in length featuring the product Posse Audio. By entering, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and otherwise eligible to participate. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on April 15, 2012. Limit one entry per e-mail address/per person/per household.  You will be responsible for normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your internet service provider.

JUDGING: Many will enter; however, there will be only one (1) winner (hereinafter “the Winner”) and ten (10) finalists. From entries properly received by the contest deadline, a panel of judges from DigiTour Media and Posse Audio will select the top ten (10). The entries will be judged on appropriateness and at the sole discretion of DigiTour Media and Posse Audio The decision of the judges will be final and binding in all matters.  The one (1) entry chosen per category by the DigiTour Media and Posse Audio judges will be posted on the www.PosseAudio.com website and at youtube.com/Posse Audio and youtube.com/thedigitour on April 25, 2012.

PRIZE: Subject to verification and compliance with these official rules, the Winner will receive a trip to Los Angeles (travel and accommodations for one person) plus recording time in the studio at Flying Pig Productions to record a song in conjunction with Flying P Records and DigiTour Media to be released as a Bonus Track on The DigiTour 2012 Compilation CD and on the DigiTour youtube channel.  The Winner will also receive a Posse Audio Personal Monitor System. The top (10) ten finalists will also receive a Posse Audio Personal Monitor System.

No transfer, substitution or cash will be awarded in lieu of the stated prize.  The prize is non-transferable, non-substitutable and non-endorsable.

NOTIFICATION: The Winner will receive notification via e-mail within a week of the end of the voting period/s.  The winning entry will be posted on www.PosseAudio.com.  The Winner may be required to verify his/her address and execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within fourteen (14) business days of the date stated on the Winner’s notification, or the prize will be forfeited. If the prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if it is forfeited, the prize will not be awarded to the notified Winner thereafter.

GENERAL RULES: Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of DigiTour Media and Posse Audio, their immediate families and /or those living in the same household, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, vendors and contractors and contest judges are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. All entries, materials and information submitted become the sole property of DigiTour Media and Posse Audio and will not be acknowledged or returned. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for DigiTour Media and Posse Audio to use the Winner’s name and statements made by the Winner for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any and all media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world, in perpetuity without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, the Winner agrees to hold DigiTour Media and Posse Audio it’s affiliates and all of it’s directors, officers, employees, shareholders agents and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the Winner’s use of the prize and/or DigiTour Media and Posse Audio’s use of the Winner’s name and story as stipulated and agreed to herein. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges. DigiTour Media and Posse Audio is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected entries, for technical hardware, software malfunctions or failures of any kind, lost, unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, which may limit a user’s ability to participate.
