Why Do I Need a POSSE?

How Do I Add Reverb to My POSSE Mix?

I Setup Everything Like I was Supposed to and Now My Guitar is Not Going to the House Pa Board. What's Up?

I Have Some Ear-buds that I Really Like. Do I Have to Use the Ones that Came with POSSE?

If I Have a Problem with the Cable that Connects the Stand Box to the Floor, am I Out of Commission Until You Can Send Me a New One?

What if I Want to Use the Acoustic Mic and My Guitar's Pick Up?

I tried to Record a performance but it came back way too Compressed. Is there a Fix?

If I use a Condensor Mic and I'm getting Phantom Power from the House Mixing Console, will it hurt anything if POSSE's Phantom Power is turned on? ...And when would I need POSSE's Phantom Power?

I move around the stage a lot and occasionally I step on the 5-pin cable (MIDI) that goes to my Belt Box. Have You got a fix for that?

Do you ship internationally?

Are you planning on making a wireless belt box. Or can a wireless unit be used with belt box?

Hi ! I'm interested in your POSSE monitoring but I would like to know whether the Posse floor box will change or have any effect on the sound of my electric guitar.............

Finding the Best POSSE application for Electric Bass Guitar

How will I get the rest of the band's mix into my monitors? It only appears I can mix in my own vocals and instrument?

Hi, I am interested in your product. I am a professional saxophonist and use a Shure SLX wireless for saxophone and a Shure wireless PSM 600 for my Ear Monitors. Will the POSSE work for me with my current set-up so that I can stay completely wireless?

When using house PA mix to send monitor of entire band to my Posse, would my own voice have to be blocked from PA monitor mix..two signals with my microphone be a problem?

Your diagrams refer to wireless headphones a few times...is that a typo?

Hi, nice product! Is it possible to use a Longer DIN Interface cable for the belt box? Say 20' or so?

Love the concept of POSSE. How hard would it be to control the signal out to the PA system vs the earbuds? In other words, still use the mics on POSSE to pick up the ambiant room sound and feed to earbuds, but I'd like to control what I hear thru the hearbuds by adjusting the mic or guitar level on the PA. THEN I'm hearing what the audience is hearing, not what I've mixed for myself. Make sense? thx

I wonder if we could all use posses with 1 ear dedicated to self and the other ear to band mix either open (no earbud) or thru panned monitor mix thru posse.

Does posse work for drummers?

The band I just joined already has the Shure PSM200 wireless in-ear monitor in place. Is the POSSE similar to the sure wireless unit? Our sound man says the POSSE is not wireless. I am in quite a few bands and they are starting to go the wireless route, as we are all getting a little bit older and want to preserve our hearing.

Hey guys how would the posse system work with a wireless guitar setup. I play guitar and sing and need the wireless setup to be able to run around the stage. From the looks of things I would need to connect my guitar to the POSSE box on my belt and have a wire from that to the floor unit - in effect killing my wireless setup and stage antics. Do you have any solutions? Thanks and cheersMatt

Hi, I am a vocalist and I was wondering if this product is great for us as well even if I do not use and instrument or is this really more so just for musicians? Thank you!

My band constantly complains about stage volume. I am the lead guitar player and I have to hear at a level I am confident with. My amp (Suhr Badger 30) has power scaling which allows me to run at extremely low volume and still get a good sound out of my speaker. But at low volume I can't hear myself well over the rest of the band. Is there a way I can run my guitar mic cable to the POSSE then to the board so I can hear my mic'd guitar sound in my earbuds and use the ambient mic's to hear the band? I know there is a built in mic cable but I doubt it would be long enough to reach my cabinet from my mic stand.

Is the Limiter in the headphone amp and NOT the body pack? Want to try to run direct to the box and not use the beltpack and DIN cable. So I'm making sure the hearing protection is still there if I plug headphones direct into the 'floor box'. Thanks!

Hi there very much interested in this system... something like this would be killer i do 300 gigs a year here in Sydney, (Australia) And in various lineups, some solo acoustic with self PA, some walk-ins, some duos in the same context, some 3 or 4 piece band etc etc... so my question is this, i cant clearly see if its possible or not... on some gigs i play acoustic and electric. and all i sing, so wondering how i would, on those gigs be able to feed my amp signal in and my voice and my acoustic guitar as well as an aux mix for rest of band?? is it possible with one system or would i need extra components...? obviously idea is to have as little of me controlled by the soundman as possible... thanks Dave

My setup at present is: - wired mic - Line 6 wireless guitar system with standard backpack. I'm looking at getting wireless ears but need to know how it will all fit into a posse system. To date wireless ears have been a step I haven't been that keen to take because I don't like relying on the sound guys to get my specific mix right and have seen way too many people get it wrong. That's why the posse system looks to suit my exact needs! The only problem is how to hook it up so I get freedom to run around the stage without wires and still adjust my levels with a posse. Do you have any solutions? Any feedback would be much appreciated. Cheers Matt

What is the NRR rating on the earbuds? How many decibels does it block?

I have recently started playing electric guitar live (acoustic only up to this point) and I am not sure how to get BOTH signals into the POSSEE effectively. Here is my current setup when using both guitars live (never at the same time). I have omitted the POSSE in the loop so we can look at this 'fresh' 1/4 guitar cable to AB switch – A side (electric) goes to tc nova for electric guitar processing – 1/4 to amp. Amp is mic'd with shure beta 57. B side (acoustic) goes to direct box then out to House PA I know I can run the amp mic into the stand box with a xlr – TS cable to get my amp'd electric into the POSSE, then use the INST OUT xlr to send to house. But how can I have both signals feel into POSSE without: 1. Hearing the electric guitar sound pre-amplifier? 2. Without feeding my acoustic through my guitar amp (which I don't want to do). Any help would be appreciated. I am happy to purchase more stuff, like another AB box, or splitter/combiner, or small mixer, etc. We already carry a lot to shows ;) Thanks. - Chris

Does it pass-thru phantom power or generate its own?

I am new to IEM systems, we are a duet who sings over on backing tracks alone. Can we use the same transmiter with two body packs? Can we purchase just an extra body pack instead of getting another set? thanks

Hi guys, My entire band is very interested in the POSSE but we are still trying to understand how it all connects and works. I want to run a wireless guitar (miked amp) and wireless mic with the POSSE. How do you run a miked amp and wireless mic through the POSSE so i can control the volume of both and then send both those signals out from the POSSE to the mixer so they can be adjusted by acordingly by our sound guy for FOH. Basicly we are trying to get a wireless system where we can all get 1 standard mix and then just adjust our instrument and vocal on top of that. Cheers Daniel from Australia.

Can you use a Roland/Boss VE 20 vocal box to precede plugging into the Posse? I read somewhere that somebody thought up a "pad" circuit to go from a Helicon Vocal box into the posse. What does the "pad" circuit look like?
